Is Click & Collect available?

Yes, Click & Collect is available on selected products from our main store.

When can I collect my order?

We will contact you once your order is ready for collection.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please bring valid identification. This can be the payment card used for the order or a current photo ID such as a driver’s licence or passport. Without ID, we cannot release your order.

Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

All purchases are delivered within a 7-day delivery window. We will contact you after your purchase to confirm delivery details.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to selected postcodes within Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, and South Yorkshire.

Installation Service – FAQ’s

Do you offer an installation service?

Yes, we offer professional installation for most appliances we sell, for an additional fee. Prices are based on a ‘like-for-like’ replacement. Any additional work or requirements may incur extra charges.

Can you install integrated appliances?

Yes. Integrated appliances are popular but require precise measurements. Please measure carefully to ensure a correct fit. Alternatively, we offer a site survey for a chargeable fee.

What should I do before installation?

Please ensure gas, water, and electrical supplies are accessible, the appliance can be moved into position, and any obstructions are cleared. If you have not selected our installation service, please disconnect your old appliance in advance if you wish our team to uplift it.

When can installation not be completed?

Installation cannot be completed if electrical or plumbing supplies are unsuitable, water cannot be isolated, drainage is unusable, alterations are required, or the appliance does not fit the space. Charges may apply if installation cannot go ahead.

What if my appliance is the wrong size?

You can return it for a full refund. Please ensure dimensions are checked before purchase. Please see our Returns & Cancellation Policy for full details.

Do you cover leaks after installation?

For laundry and dishwasher installations, we are not liable for leaks occurring more than 7 days after installation. We recommend checking plumbing regularly for 2–4 weeks following installation.
